FALL SEMESTER 2017

CLASS ACT STARS ON TOUR

CLASS ACT STARS ON TOUR are made up of two separate groups: ENCORE and OVERTURE.

These two organizations perform for many different groups and in many different venues in the city, state and nation as public relations groups for the non-profit corporation. ENCORE is the top performance group. These students are selected not only for their outstanding singing and dancing talent, but they also possess excellent stage presence and a wonderful attitude and work ethic.  OVERTURE is the training group for ENCORE.

Membership is by audition only. Students are expected to perform a short song, demonstrate proficiency in dance and have outstanding stage presence.

Members of ENCORE and OVERTURE are expected to attend all scheduled rehearsals and performances. Consideration is given to absences for school or church related events. Members who are continually absent will be asked to drop out of the group.

ENCORE, and OVERTURE pay a monthly fee to help defray facility, insurance, music, and salaries expenses.

Regular rehearsals are held weekly on Monday evenings at the Class Act Studios, 25275 Budde Road, Suite 25, The Woodlands, TX 77380.
